2.  Statutory Registrations: - If you complete your Lasting Powers of Attorney with us we will work with the Office of the Public Guardian to ensure your documents are correctly registered and if there are any changes in your circumstances we will notify them on your behalf.  We will also complete any Land Registry checks and submit the documents required if you are changing your joint ownership from Joint Tenants to Tenants in Common.
